For Strict Press today, complete all 4 sets of 4 at ~80% of your 1RM (last tested 10/18/25). This should feel like a near maximum effort for all sets! Then, work with a partner for TOTAL TIME! 1 partner completes both exercises while the other one rests (maybe planks?), then switch, and back and forth completing 3 rounds at each couplet, then moving to the next couplet.
