Happy Friday! Kicking it off with some Clean technique work. Today, you’ve got 4 sets of 5, with each set getting progressively lower in starting position. Then... Tabatas! We love a Tabata Friday. 4 Tabatas today (4:00 of 0:20 on /0:10 off), taking 1-2:00 of rest in between each.
