For this fun little Clean & Front Squat EMOM, the intention is to stick with the same weight for all sets, both as you work up and back down. That weight is intended to be 70-80% of 1RM Clean & Jerk (not just Clean). This should be mostly do-able for weight, but challenging in those higher rep Front Squat sets. Then, spend the remaining time in class working on Part 2, up to 4 Rounds.
