Kicking it off with a mix of Shoulder Accessory and INVERSIONS! Make sure to move slowly through the three shoulder accessory exercises (they all require a fair amount of focus + control!) and then finish each round with your best Inversion Attempt. Then we've got UP TO 5 Rounds, which means just work through the end of class, but no more than 5 Rounds!
