Today, we're starting out with a little Snatch work! Then, for our interval training, spend a full 4:00 on each station (not rotating through), working for 0:40 then resting for the remaining 0:20 of the minute. We're counting reps on Shuttle Runs and KB Swings, so put some SPEED into them today!
