We’ve got the Deadlift 1RM test coming at you at the beginning of March (3/1), so it’s time to put some dedicated effort into training it! Today we’re progressing in load through the 5 sets of 5 reps, starting around 60%. Then, let's hit some speedy AMRAPs to finish off the day!
