Ideally these are all full Snatch (catching in your lowest possible squat!), but adjust as needed. It doesn’t have to necessarily be 5 consecutive reps – take them one at a time and focus on the quality. Try to add weight as you get closer to the floor, but still with your very best technique. Experienced lifters can target the percentages below.
