Partner up and SPLIT reps, with one person working at a time except for Burpees where Partners work together (and High-5 at the top!). The intention of the bar work in Round 1 is to add weight as we change the Clean variation. Then on the second round when we’re a bit more warmed up, can we keep that bar where it’s at? If not, that’s OK! De-load at the top of the round and progress again as you work through.
