Deadlift 1RM coming early March! Today, we want all 5 sets of 2 reps to be done at the same weight: ~90% 1RM. This is a lot of sets, so be mindful up top if your first set is feeling too heavy, drop it down closer to ~85%. Being able to maintain the weight for several sets is our goal today!
