Anddddd Happy VALENTINES DAY Lovers!!! Time to take that Barbell on a hot date with some HEAVY Hang Cleans! Hang = just above the knee starting point. FAST pull the hips into extension then drop under the bar to catch in the deepest squat possible! Then in Pt. 2 you have two options – either complete 3 rounds at each couplet FOR TIME, or 3 rounds at each couplet at your own pace. YOUR CHOICE LOVE
