And now, the main event: Happy Galentine’s Day! Grab a Galentine, and let’s have some fun! Each person completes 14 reps of each exercise each round (reps are NOT SPLIT), but only 1 works at a time. Two options: aim to do your 14 reps unbroken, choosing weights that will allow for that, OR aim to split your reps into two sets of 7 (work back and forth with your partner, but don’t switch exercises until both have completed all 14 reps) and choose heavier weights.
