Starting off with some strength work, revolving around the Bench Press: progressive load through all 4 rounds, starting with ~65% 1RM. In between sets, we’ve got a few accessory moves (both lower and upper body). Then we've got a gross AMRAP for ya'...focus on keeping a tight body position on the first two exercises, moving with speed but not compromising form. On the final three exercises, see if you can speed up your pace and push yourself!
