For Deadlifts today, we want to progress a bit through the 5 sets of 5 reps, ending at a pretty heavy weight for a set of 5. Part 2 we're bringing a little bit of ICE SKATER madness! When the clock starts, and EMOM after, complete 8 Ice Skaters/side as you chip away at these couplets.
