We're bringing it back for Round 3, MAX Rig Hang! Stay up on that rig for as long as possible, BUT try to maintain good body position for as long as able: scap pull-up the shoulder blades down, tuck the pelvis and pack the ribs down and in (glutes and abs squeezed). We previously tested on 3/20 and 6/18.
