Happy New Years Eve friends! It’s time to say GOODBYE to 2025, and we’ve got a special workout just for that! PARTNER UP... complete 2-3 rounds as time allows. Work waterfall style at each station: one partner on each exercise, switch when both have completed their reps. One exercise is 20 reps while the other is 25 reps, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get much rest! Schedule Reminder: We are closed at 1:00PM today (no afternoon classes) and closed tomorrow 1/1. We'll resume our normal schedule Friday 1/2!
