Today we are working towards a 'heavy' 1-Rep for the Clean & Jerk (ideally a FULL SQUAT CLEAN + SPLIT JERK; adjust to Hang, Power, and or Push Jerk as needed). This may be a 1-rep max for you, or maybe not, depending on how your feeling today! Then, work up to 4 Rounds of Part 2.
