Merry Christmas Eve friends! Today, you have the whole hour to complete the following for up to 5 rounds. Start out with the bar work – complete all 5 lifts as a complex, which means DON’T set the bar down the whole time! Then, take some rest until you feel fairly recovered, ~1-2:00. Complete the following two exercises, then rest again, this time for longer (~3:00) before starting back up at the Barbell Complex. Reminder: we are CLOSED at 1:00PM today (no afternoon classes), CLOSED tomorrow 12/25, and only open 8-10am Friday 12/26 for Open Gym. Saturday 12/27, we've got 8&9am Grinds as usual for you, but no 10am Kinstretch. Happy Holidays from your FGF fam...we love you all!
