Time to find a 'heavy' weight for the Snatch...this might be a 1RM for you or just a good day for technique practice, make it what you need! Then, we've got 12:00 rotating through 3 stations = 4 rounds. Each minute has two movements – some minutes will allow for rest, others not so much. There may or may not be some sneaky reindeer games at the end of this workout... you'll just have to come workout to find out!
