Time to 1-Rep Max that Clean & Jerk BABY! We’ve done A LOT of technique and heavy work for these the past couple months. Let's put all that hard work to the test! Following our C&J 1RM test, you have a choice for Part 2: either complete three attempts at each couplet for fastest time, or three rounds at each couplet focused on quality. If you didn’t push too hard on the C&J
maybe it’s a good day to go for speed, or maybe you gave it all to the C&J and focusing on form/quality here is a better idea. YOUR CHOICE, MERRY CHRISTMAS! We’ll see you back for regular classes on Wednesday.
