A bit of a Bench Press “Mountain” today. Start at a moderate weight, then progress in load as reps decrease, with the set of 2 being pretty darn heavy for today. In between sets, (so 4 Rounds total) complete part 2: Intentional and necessary work to keep you moving and warm, but shouldn’t be too taxing. Focus on SLOW & CONTROLLED, full range of motion, and best effort performance of each movement.
