For our Deadlifts today, try to do all 5 sets at the same 75-85% 1RM weight. This weight should feel DARN heavy for a set of 3! Then we've got a little running sandwhich for ya', which means the running happens ONLY twice, before and after completing the work in between for 4 Rounds.
