Deadlifts - Intended to be a traditional style Deadlift. Ideally, all 5 sets of 5 reps are done at the same 70-75% (of 1RM) weight – warm-up to it first. THEN: 5 Stations. 3 Rounds. 1 min @ each. Happy Monday!!!
