For our 6 x 6 Front Squats today, ideally progress in load through all 6 sets. The final set will most likely be a STRUGGLE. Treat every rep as its own, resetting the breath at the top. Remember to keep the eyes and chest up, elbows reached forward and up, and get as low as possible each rep!
