For Part 1, we want all 5 Sets of this Snatch Complex to be done at the same weight – approximately 75% of your Snatch 1RM. Take 3-4 warm-up sets to get there. 75% should feel like some weight on the bar, but allow you to really focus on the technique of these two movements. Then for Part 2, bring that weight down a bit for some more Power Snatch + some Overhead Squats! Reps increase by 2 each round.
