Two, 10 min EMOM's today. 

#1: Bar should be loaded to ~55-65% of 1RM Full Clean/Jerk to start. Designed to be a FULL CLEAN each minute, but adjust as needed. For the first five, each minute begins with the Clean, then the Jerks increase by 1 each time, up to 5. THEN: add some weight (closer to 65-75% 1RM Full Clean/Jerk), and now reps will increase by 1 for the Clean each rep (up to 5), while the Jerk stays at 1 rep.

#2: 3 Exercises - 1 min to GET EM' DONE!
