Partner up! 3 rounds at each couplet for TOTAL TIME. For A & B, each partner is working at the same time but on opposite exercises. If you finish first, you get a little rest. Then switch, back & forth until both partners have completed 3 rounds. C is completed together! There is NO designated rest between couplets. As soon as you finish 3 rounds, move on to the next! Then, wrapping up the day with a little shoulder accessory.
