Next week is our Back Squat 1RM test; today we’ve got heavy sets of 2! The goal is to do all 5 sets of 2 reps at the same 90% (of 1RM) weight. Take as many warm-up sets as needed to find that weight! It should be heavy enough that you don’t want to do a third rep, especially on the final few sets.
