Happy August...let’s do some heavy Bench Press! 1RM coming later in August, but today should give you a feel for what you can aim for when that test comes around. Bench Press, Step Up + Hops, and KB Swings follow the decreasing rep scheme below, while Rowing and Side Plank Rows stay consistent each round.
