Hello AUGUST! Today, we want all 4 sets of 4 Bench Press to be done at the same 75% weight. Take a few warm-up progression sets to get there! During your working sets, don’t forget to rest, it’s important to being able to keep form when lifting HEAVY! Keep those feet engaged against the ground and shoulder blades engaged back, AND use the breath (exhale) to help you push the weight back up.
