Partner up! Our workout today is For Total Time. Partners can start on any couplet as needed for space. For A & B, each partner is working at the same time but on opposite exercises. If you finish first, you get a little rest. Then switch back & forth until both partners have completed 3 rounds. C is completed together! There is NO designated rest between couplets, so take what you need.
