Aim for 5 Rounds today, working not for time. Start each round with a set of the Snatch Complex (1 set = 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Full Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat). Progressive load the Snatch Complex each round as able. Wallballs + Ice Skaters + Plate Push will be your heart rate elevators today... be sure to follow it up with 2-3:00 of rest before going into the next round Snatch Complex!
