Kicking it off with an 18:00 AMRAP – the goal here is to just keep moving at a steady pace, not sprint through it. As you can see in the levels, we want you to choose heavy enough on your weighted exercises that you CAN’T just sprint through it. Part 2 is where we’ll want to see more of that aggression! For Part 2, ideally work in teams of 3, with 1 person at each station. The KB Carry is the timer. Rotate through and keep a running total count of your team Tire Flips.
