Happy Teamwork Wednesday! In teams of 3, one person starts on each of the 3 exercises. You can’t move to the next exercise until your teammate finishes it, so if you finish faster (hint: DB Push Press) you’ll get a little rest. Rotate through until each team member has done all 3 exercises, then finish the round with a 200m run together. Complete 7 total rounds.
