Happy Tuesday – time to CLEAN IT UP and SQUAT IT DOWN. Ideally, we want a Full Squat Clean from the floor. Stand it up, then do the given amount of additional Front Squats. The weight should be heavy (intended at 75-80% of 1RM Clean) – warm-up to it, then stick with it!

Clean it UP, Squat it DOWN (For Time)!
