Starting off the week strong with an FGF classic Benchmark – Max Plank! We last tested this on 1/29 of this year. Then, we have a “sandwich” style workout for you today. Everyone will start and end with a run; in between is all the good stuff! The main purpose is for either the run distance or Deadlift weight to challenge you and slow you down a bit. If you’re a strong runner, go a little heavier on DL. If running is a challenge, go a little lighter!
