Today’s the day! How are those legs feelin’? It’s time to put em’ to work and test out our Back Squat 1RMs! During 1-rep attempts, stand up tall then BIG BREATH IN + hold and brace, then drop into that squat. On the way up if you start to get stuck, that’s when you let that air out! You’ve got this!
