Today we’re working with Up to 5 Rounds, or through the end of class. Our major focus here is Cleans – progressive loading each round to see how heavy we can work up to for a set of 4. Plate Push + Pull Thru for 1:00 is going to BURN THOSE LEGS, so make sure to take 2-3:00 rest before starting on the next round Cleans.
