As we look towards May, we share our plans for an even better virtual offering and the timeline for reopening in-person classes.

As challenging as it’s been to not be together in-person and the effects of that on our business, the silver-lining of this #covidquarantine is that it has forced us to get creative about how we continue to provide value to you in the new environment: in this interim period with gyms closed, during the transitional period as restrictions begin to lift, and in the long-term new “normal,” whenever and whatever that might be. For now, this is what we know:

  1. We will continue our virtual offering at least through the end of May, even if we are able to reopen the gym in a limited capacity.
  2. We are hopeful of resuming some in-person classes (under enhanced restrictions/limitations) mid to late May, and are formulating our plans for what that will look like based on CDC recommendations, what other states have done, and what will best serve our members.


Live Virtual Classes via Zoom
13 classes per week to choose from. M/T/Th/F = 3 per day of our signature The Grind class, of course adapted to an at-home environment.
WED = 1 Yoga or Mobility Flow class for your mid-week recovery.

  • $10 Virtual Drop-In: Grants access to one live virtual class, or the recording thereof. If you can’t make the live class, sign-up anyway to be emailed the recording.
  • 3-Class Pack for $25: Essentially a bundle of 3 Drop-Ins, but at a discount. Expires 1 month after sale date.
  • Month Membership for $60: Active May 1-31, 2020. Grants unlimited access to all live virtual classes, and the recordings thereof, PLUS the PDF versions of each workout that are yours to keep forever!
