We're baaaaaaack!!! 🤩

Ok ok, it will still be a while before we can get this many people together in the same place, BUT starting MONDAY (5/18), we will be back open!
  • Limited number of classes.
  • Limited attendance in each class.
  • Extra requirements and restrictions.
But, it. Is. A. Start. And we couldn’t be more excited about it!


To start, we will be offering 5 classes per day Monday-Friday and 1 class on Saturday morning. Classes will be limited to 8 members per class. Please sign-up in advance on MINDBODY, and be respectful to your fellow members by canceling yourself out of class if you can’t make it.
  • Classes open 1 week in advance for booking.
  • If space is available, you can sign-up right until the class actually starts.
  • There will be a 2 person waitlist if a class fills. If you are on the waitlist and someone cancels, you will be automatically added and will receive a notification (make sure you have email and/or text notifications enabled).
  • If you cannot make a class that you signed up for, please cancel at least 15 minutes prior to class starting, otherwise it will be deducted from your visits.

NOTE: Our Virtual classes will continue (more on that below) so when signing up for class, make sure you choose The Grind -- some are at the same times as the Virtual classes.


  1. All members must sign a special COVID-related Waiver to participate in classes. Download HERE and email back to us or bring a printed copy to your first class.
  2. Arrive to class not more than 15 minutes early.
  3. Please leave within 15 minutes after class ending.
  4. Wash your hands, or use hand sanitizer (which will be provided throughout the facility) before and after your workout.
  5. We encourage, though do not require, you to wear a mask as this will be a group setting.
  6. To the best of your ability, maintain a 6-foot distance to other members and the coach. We will have visual markers as a guide.
  7. No sharing of equipment, unless it can be sanitized in between different members touching.
  8. No communal items, including chalk, poker chips, mini white boards and markers, wrist wraps, etc.
  9. Wipe down all equipment and other surfaces you touch with the provided sanitizing wipes or solution.
  10. Stay home if you or anyone in your household is ill or showing symptoms, including a fever greater than 100.4 degrees.
  11. Lastly, please refrain from any hugs or high-fives, but spirit fingers and jazz hands are most welcome! 🤗


In this initial phase of reopening, we will NOT be offering supervised childcare. After the first 2 weeks of being open, we will re-evaluate to see if we can add it back in June. Without supervised childcare, our policy for bringing kids to the gym remains the same: if they are old enough to play nicely on their own in the childcare area, or are young enough to stay in a carrier, they are welcome. And now, so long as you are willing to assume the additional risk, as outlined in the COVID Waiver.


In this initial phase of reopening, we will also NOT be offering Yoga classes, however we are continuing a Virtual Yoga class (both live and recorded). Yoga Kim taught a GREAT flow for us today that’s saved in the Recording Archive. Again, we will re-evaluate after our first 2 weeks to see if we can bring it back in-person.


Our virtual offering continues, both of live and recorded classes. Your membership gives you UNLIMITED access to the recorded classes. The live classes follow your membership, so if you are a 2-day/week member, you get access to 9 in-person or live virtual classes per month. For the live virtual classes, you will sign-up in MINDBODY (just as you do for the in-person classes) and then will receive an email confirmation with instructions for joining the live class on Zoom. 13 classes per week to choose from. M/T/Th/F = 3 per day of our signature The Grind class, of course adapted to an at-home environment.
WED = 1 Yoga or Mobility Flow class for your mid-week recovery.
Recordings of the Live Classes 
Available to you if you can’t or choose not to join us live. The recordings are hosted privately on our YouTube channel. As a paying member, you get UNLIMITED access. Email us for the link!
