The Back Squats will be a serious challenge -- fight for every rep! We'll incorporate some light work between sets to stay warm, and then finish with a quick 7 Minute AMRAP -- work hard, it'll be over before you know it!

5x5 Back Squats

Level 1
Set 1 = 70% of 1RMSet 2 = 75% of 1RMSets 3, 4, 5 = 80% of 1RM

7 Minute AMRAP

Level 1
