We’re working on Clean and Jerk this month, so you’ll see a similar complex once a week for the month of May, working on technique. Each week, remember the weight that you work up to, so you can use it to set a goal and build on the next week. Then at the end of the month, we'll put it all together and test out a 1-Rep Max. 

Clean and Jerk Complex

1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk~7 Reps to HEAVY, then1 @ 90%1 @ 80%1 @ 70%
