Today's Grind starts with a run, and then is essentially 3 rounds, but the reps decrease each round! 🙌 Try to do the bodyweight exercises UNBROKEN! For the weight, it should feel light for the Deadlifts, heavy on the Jerks, and juuuuust right for the Cleans!
