Tempo front squat using the following sequence of sets: 5 reps, 5 reps, 5 reps, 3 reps, 2 reps, 1 rep. Between each set of fronts squats do the following work: 12 Slam Balls, 20 V-Abs, 50 meter jog out, and 50 meter sprint back. For Part 2, row 500 meters for time.
