Today's Grind gives you 3 different couplets. Work back and forth between the two movements as quickly as you can {oh, and then do it again!} -- can you do the reps UNBROKEN??? After completing the 2 Rounds of each couplet, take a 3:00 rest before starting the next couplet. Each one is a sprint -- give it your all and then enjoy that rest.
