8 rounds of :20 work, followed by :10 rest.

Complete 8 rounds of each exercise before moving onto next exercise, with 1-2 minute rest between excercises.

After each :20 of split lunges, hold runners lunge during :10 rest

After each :20 of burpees, hold center or side plank during :10 rest

After each :20 of KBS, perform air squats during :10 rest
