Personal Goal: Healthy eating! I meal prep and grocery shop on Friday or Saturday. We will cook 4+ healthy meals per week with enough for leftovers for lunch. Green smoothies 4+ mornings per week!
Performance Goal: I will stay consistent on the weekends: Saturdays will be longer walks or jogs & Sundays are gym work-outs in the garage gym with my husband, Jase. We will repeat this for the next 6 months in preparation of baby #2! Due Date: July 11th, 2016
