The GRIND - At Farmgirlfit, we call our daily workout the “Grind”. Each Grind is pre-programmed with 4 different levels to accommodate varying degrees of fitness. We offer four different Grinds each week, Grind1 on Monday, Grind2 on both Tuesday and Wednesday, Grind3 on both Thursday and Friday, and Grind4 on Saturday.

VOLT:30 - Volt:30 is designed to supplement the Grind workouts, and is offered every Tuesday and Friday at 9:30 AM. VOLT:30 is a high energy workout that will get you in and out in exactly 30 minutes so that you can get on with the rest of your day.

FARMGIRLFIT FOUNDATIONS - Farmgirlfit Foundations class is offered to new members ONLY on Saturday at 9:00 AM, and introduces members to all of the movements that we do at Farmgirlfit.

OPEN GYM – Open gym is offered on Saturdays at 11:30 AM, and gives members an opportunity to work out at our facility to make up a workout they missed during the week, or to work on a specific skill or lift.
